Both the National Regulator ASQA and the Victorian regulator VRQA require that RTOs self-report on their compliance with their standards in an Annual Declaration.

Note these important deadlines:
ASQA Declarations are due on 31st March 2022.
VRQA Declarations are due on 1st April 2022
